To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout, if applicable.
Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at Gladiz.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
- If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
- If your Gladiz product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
- If your Gladiz products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.
Please note: Gladiz offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.
Receiving a Refund
- Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
- We will process for refund once we have received your returned items.
- Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
- Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Please note: Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
